Gentle Reminders Wallpapers, 11 October 2022
Struggling with mental health myself made me aware of the significant impact your mental well-being has on your personal reality and life. By being more spiritual, I found effective ways to deal with moments of negative mood. To reinforce this, I created wallpapers for my phone and laptop from peaceful photos taken on my journeys combined with simple but effective affirmations. The wallpapers function as gentle reminders to stay present and avoid getting stuck in thought throughout the day.
For World Mental Health Day 2022, I wanted to share these wallpapers with you. I hope the affirmations resonate with you too.
